A huge Atlantic weather front brought with it a deluge of rain and a roaring Southerly wind last night. By this morning the rain had cleared but there was still a large swell rolling in, waves crashing against the sea wall and washing back out to meet the next set, creating huge peaks of water which once again battered the cove. It was quite hypnotic to watch, although I didn’t hang around long as it seemed to be getting a little too close for comfort!
